Study after study has
concluded that the majority of companies that fail to achieve their strategies
are due to failures in the execution of their strategies. Among
the many reasons for failed strategies are: measuring the wrong things
(metrics), poor communication and understanding of the company’s strategies and
lack of educating employees on the drivers of business and how they fit into
the big picture. These factors may be the many reasons why your company has not

resounding answer is through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
Individuals attending this
two-day seminar will be introduced to the concepts of Balanced Scorecard (BSC),
and the application of the BSC to help companies define and achieve their
strategies. The seminar teaches management how to translate and implement its
strategies so employees understand how their day-to-day activities help achieve
the company’s stated goals.
Also covered will be a discussion of metrics and performance measurement systems, critical success factors that drive company performance and how to assess the quality of your strategic planning process to help execute your strategy. The focus of the seminar will be divided between the understanding concepts and “hands-on” implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) through techniques, case studies and examples of implementations.
